When confronted about their staff's mistake in providing information to me, rather than providing solution to the problem that occurred, she just argued how I was at fault and did not even book another appointment for me. Such arrogance is not desired when you are trying to expand. My experience with the lady here was extremely unpleasant and Chase just lost one of their potential customers.By Yashaswita R.
